Needs shareholder approval as stated here and basic corps law. ASX/ ASIC finally step up to the plate.
I doubt even need the 5% of CTN shareholder votes to call for an injunction. I can't see how the approval can remain a resolution at the CTN AGM before even approved by CGA shareholders.
