crap me,the div is tax paid ,co's pay tax so they don;t pay tax again on the taxed div.
Smsfs don't pay tax so they get a tax credit ie tax refund.
period now move on.
They were the rules and u don't change the rules once some one is retired after 35 years of planning retirement around the tax rules.
