It is a loophole innthe taxation system that Shorten has manned up to fix what the Liberal petals are trying to paint as "robbing from the poor". Sorry, the "poor" do not own enough TLS shares to make a difference in franking credits. The pretend "poor" trying to unequitably exploit taxpayer money pisses me off. Shame on you.
