i dont think WBT has ever used the term commercial partner. its usually industry partner or partnership with industry player/participants.
this is what we have to look forward too. i think it will be similar to the silvaco and technion announcements.

"In addition, the Company is still working to sign its first co-operation agreement and is continuingdiscussions with key industry players, with the aim of achieving this by the end of the calendar year."
