Lets not get it twisted......there are certainly reasons to be cautious of this stock at the moment.....i will definitely agree with that. Im not going into this with an elrond hubbard level of stupidity.....
but for people to say that they dont even have a real product.....or that this is another example of an Israel pump and dump is unfounded at this stage.....and i beleive it to be plain fearmongering! 
from my breif look at technion, (or leti) i dont beleive these are the sort of organizations that would participate in fraudulent behaviour....not to mention all of our other partners....the stock is not yet completely de-risked at this stage, but from where we started, is getting a lot closer to that point. 
im not attacking anyone on here, but we cant go around saying these sort of defamatory coments with no basis of substance. This only adds to peoples trepidation and causes panic selling, further dropping the sp! It becomes a negaitive feedback loop....a self perpetuated prophecy. Or is that the point perhaps? 
i dont beleive there will be any news until the consol has been finalized.....but after that i would hazard a guess that information MAY be more forthcoming. 
i have had mixed emotions about the motive, timing, sell off leading to this consol, but the motion has been passed - and at the end of the day, its the same company, product, market, management that i initially bet on.
