Exactly. Several posters including myself have been eluding to this for many months. Nothing is a done deal until it is done, only speculation and high risk until then.

To clarify, when management make an official release to the market i will generally take it as read. Outlook statements i will always try and corroborate elsewhere and assess managements history of issuing guidance etc. But if WBT management say they've acheived a milestone, or signed an agreement, then i believe it.
