Hallo Bren, first I would like to apologise for being so ironic with, it's not my usual behavior. I lost my reasoning seing the SP hit an all time low. Yes, this ist still not an excuse; I'm sorry for that.
I will try to answer your questions even if I have little time and my english very limited.
One thing I think, you and some others haven't understood. is that promising a partner is not a problem.
But seting a deadline is surely a big problem.
You wrote correctly that a "partner is not something they have full control over".
So why did they come to the idea to put a deadline if it is not in their hands to fulfill it?
Another problem: Coby is very vague about this future partner or partnerships and what makes me angry is that he talks like he had never set a deadline for his promise that he was talking about last year. No apologise, no clear explanation, no precision, nothing. This sent and is still sending the SP down.
Last year, the timing for the CR took everyone by surprise (read the comments in this forum). For us it was a little bit too early, because ust days before, they announced that they had enough money till January. Not only that, the CR was at a discount price of 20% which meant more dilution and all this sent the SP much deeper than this 20% discount. The sentiment was already bad but then it got chronicly seek.
Towards the end of last year, when investors where eagerly waiting for the announcement of this big partner, seeds began to sell. Well, that was very contradictory. Why were they selling if the SP could go anytime nuts with such announcement? But of course, seeds knew more than us, even if Coby says the opposite (I thing he as no other choice than lying).
So, seeds selling + missed deadlines + consolidation + escrowed shares + CR (maybe in May or June) = the SP going ca. 75% south in the last 9 months.
What did our BOD against it?
Just look where 4DS and WBT were last year and where they are now. What a difference, you just can' t compare it.
In my opinion LETI is the only one who is doing a great job. Maybe our BOD has too many other engagements to think about WBT more regularly.
In my opinion, It is very blind to tell that our BOD is doing well. The number speaks a completly other language.
In my opinion it is very romantic when George Saliba says everything will be good, because nobody can tell if WEB will sell the company like Dadi did recently with Mellanox. Coby in February didn't hide that this an option. For me as LT I can only hope to recover my money.
To build up trust is a tough long way, but to destroy it just takes seconds. I thing the BOD is not doing well,, but they can still redeem themselves.
