I think most people when referring to milestones / deadlines are referring to technical milestones and not those that are not the soul responsibility of the company. The partner is not something they have full control over.
In the latest TMT video with Coby he said that they are very much working towards a partner and that the discussions have advanced, I believe specifically he said something along the lines of them wanting to push things further. Personally I think maybe he was referring to the 28nm or PIM applications, I think we will see technical milestones hit on time perhaps earlier which will bring the major player onboard.
The demonstration will also help...
Not really seeing how management have failed. Lets hope for some news to push us back to something more reasonable.
