There was an announcement last year stating that 251 million odd shares held by founding shareholders were to be escrowed until 31 March 2019. I would therefore assume that this has now been reduced to 10 million odd shares in escrow until then, followed by carnage and offloading immediately thereafter like last time. All IMO though.
