Dirty act's can be lawful, No one will pay any attention to lawful dirty acts.
It's when they become outside the law that people will pay attention.

ABC would not of hap hazardly report an ASIC investigation unless they spoke to ASIC or had other proof.
Why don't you ring ASIC and report back to us BS? Or better still ask the directors to comment and that way you might be able to take action of your own. I'm not the one holding shares, you are.
