Cullen is one of the very few companies still sending a hard copy annual report,which I read cover to cover .my assessment is that no money is to be made here while the company has a business model of prospect generation and farm out, run by 20 year company veterans who should be retired with their shares ...now this may be a bit mean spirited but the fact remains we need a transfusion of new blood....we can no longer look at projects through tired eyes..
