Thanks for bringing the IOG slide to our attention.
Interesting to compare iog to akk
Similar market cap
One has over 650 boepd ( jog)
The other produces 50-100 ( akk)
One has cAsh of circa 3.5 Aud ( and 7.5 m debt )
The other has no cash and may soon have debt( akk)
So even if we assume IOG has a 4 m higher EV they have 6 times the production. The also have more reserves and much more in developed producing reserves. For AKK to get anywhere near IOGs production they will need to either raise cash which would make the EV the same of higher or raise debt also making the EV the sake of higher .
This is a sobering comparison for people who rink there is massive upside in AKK . A neighbour producing 6 times the production only trades at a 4m higher EV and has infinitely more developed production returns. . This would be AKK at .056 c. How many millions in debt or cash will AKK need to get to IOG prod . A whole lot more than 4 m
