If it flowed all year (won't) and didn't decline (does), they'd make revs around US$800k pa.
Profit, who knows, not much under $50WTI.
Even IF it's US$100k, that's a 20xPE on purchase. Might cover 1 month G&A.
I cannot see them making a 25% operating profit on this asset. ($200k)
