Cmon...great post response..but think about this...rather than "equity like returns"

What say you to this scenario..." Carlyle will kick in funds.gets in as a partner...makes
money during initial flush production of wells..then gets out by returning the working interest
to partner..This policy like change indeed could if successful see a more aggressive approach by P.E
to a more 'intensive" short term broader based ..perhaps " reward for effort"..on behalf of investors
given that general "traditional" industry longer term return pickings are fairly slim at moment...

Clearly , Florence far more attractive/comfortable as lending proposition..given that
this not a "get out of jail" style rapid depletion OIG shale project at something like.....
$3mill..plus cost per well drill........so lenders can at least relax and not worry to much
about rapid return of working interest....and departure from investment....
