    Hi Sharks, at end of day if AKK is submitting in ground value of
    Florence to lenders based on best technical evidence..as per Report
    at say around $20mill..for a small percentage of field..then to me
    even a modest LTV ratio of initial 'Bankable' at around 30%..ie say $4-6mill..would not appear
    unrealistic given ongoing potential of field...and given the quality of the project..
