Junior, when you say:

"Clearly..,potential lenders think otherwise.."

Have you heard the potential lenders themselves saying that?

I've read all the AKK literature and I have not seen any direct quotes from potential lenders, all I have seen is AKK management saying they have interest from potential lenders - big difference, especially since the credibility of what AKK management says is rather questionable given their promise:delivery ratio.
