My portfolio is always red, because I sell the green and get stuck with the red; around May, I normally sell the red and buy back in September. That’s how a good smallcaps portfolio should work, maybe 3 out of five stocks for me actually make a profit, the other 2/5 make fantastic tax writeoffs.
