Agreed, but I dont know of another company which has conducted 3 consolidations within 9 months. Looks like the intention was to dilute the register so past shareholders were insignificant. 

No wonder they have a large base of small shareholders which Clee chose to acknowledge, 648 small shareholders for a total 138,395 shares. Most couldn't even be sold to cover brokerage. They're stuck with this ticker as a painful reminder on their portfolio. 

You may say this was in the past .... what has changed ?

2,650,000,000 Now September 2018 

Now there's no money and market sentiment is poor.

Some say the assets are quality and worth plenty, effectively with current directors in control these are worthless. This BOD isn't competent enough to plan and implement an extensive exploration and drill program with what they have, let alone discover anything.

Director's have no skin in the game here apart from the generous salaries they've been milking, shareholders should be shouting it's not good enough and demanding more from this BOD. Unless the board is spilled and association with Everblu ceases you shouldn't expect anything different moving forward.

Time for massive change if the entity HDY is to ever continue, let alone trade again IMO.
