And the reason's are quite simple so I will re-state what I actually said to you which was - ' No commercial Lawyer would have used that expression. Perhaps only a person residing from Cronulla would use such a phrase. These are your words that any self respecting Commercial Lawyer would use . If any lawyer did use this sort of phrasing , it would Unfortunately be a total indictment and blasphemy of the entire legal profession.

Common man reveal your source. No names just the Law Firm in which you contacted. You know , so we can all verify your claims. I mean you have no problems accusing HC posters of being on or affiliated with the HDY BOD and / or being an Everblu employee or associate. You should have no problems with something like this in terms of any legal implications.

What I really think is you were having a ' Each Way Bet ' trying to build some credibility on HC. The only problem as I see it , is you post nothing of any substance. No meat on the bone if you like.
