Posted30/11/2018: If Clee &Co answer honestly, then they areadmitting their in breach, open to class action...
If they keep on answering in the same manner, well then, ASXwill either delist or keep them in suspension.
We will look like the other company that they also manage..nobuyers

AGAIN, unless a few of us get together , put in $500 each andappoint a lawyer to look after our interest and seek some legal advice, we takethe risk of losing our investment.
Once HDY is delisted, it’s all gone...If it hasn’t beenmilked dry yet, the Administrators will sell of all assets to cover theirexpenses.

Posted 30/11/2018: Sentia, your 101% correct... HDY have previously answered the ASX but not to ASX satisfaction.. If HDY tell the truth, then their in breach and criminalcharges could be laid. It’s obvious HDY made a backdoor deal, dumped shares and cleaned up with EverBlu ...HDY have had 2 months and engaged a barrister to clear up this transaction....When 20 Dec arrives and ASX are not satisfied with the answers, theydo not contact shareholders and offer reimbursement of $ or ask shareholders their opinion... they just delist the company overnight.
As for Sarah Smith, she sits as Secretary for all the ASXcompanies with the gang.
