As I have noted before salemf I am surprised that some posters are so willing to accept the HDY response at face value and suggest that it is a satisfactory or a credible response. Of course it will appear to be because that is what they are trying to do. The whole aim of the response to the ASX inquiries is to appear perfectly reasonable and to deflect as much blame onto others (even the ASX actions if it can), suggest mistakes in the administrative department, and point the finger at some poor quality legal advice. In other words please don't blame management we didn't mean to do anything wrong scenario.As I have said for the last couple of days the best thing for the future of HDY is to have a forensic auditor to go through all the material. produce a thorough report and cleanse the system.
If the ASX accepts the response without reservation I will be very dismayed IMHO.
