Yes goldfinger, unfortunately putting money into some of these spec companies is not so much a case of investing your money as gambling your money in much the same way as gambling at a casino. We all know that at a casino the odds are stacked in favour of the house. With some of these spec companies you eventually discover that the odds are very, very much stacked in favour of the "house".  Ordinary shareholders ought to be protected from that. Hopefully the ASX might do something substantial this time.
