    re: Ann: Update Announcement on Capital Raisi... i've read the annc..i dont 'shoot from the hip'..and a placement is a placement .other percentages are irrelevant...they are giving an undertaking to underwrite them aren't they ? so to spell it out ,if noone takes up they get them...what the difference ?
