Surely doing something is sitting around doing nothing waiting...

Surely doing something is sitting around doing nothing waiting for IO prices to recover enough to make their project economic, might be a long wait and someone has to keep pumping money in to keep the company going.

A farm in where someone else pays for exploration costs in exchange for a percentage of the mineral rights would require little work from then and might help generate some value.

What are your thoughts on the Iron potential of the region these days? Hard to see things getting off the ground in the next few years, if at all.
