Whilst we don't have a majority of independent directors, the lack of ownership control, means that that can easily be corrected if necessary.

Where to from here is the big question.

Looking at the SP now, it would suggest a company with about 1.4mn earnings and working capital. Anything better than that SHOULD be good news re the SP....but as we all know...what should happen and what will happen are rarely the same
