You missed the point. He was being sarcastic, as in Optiscan used to be hopless and now the new guy is apologising for delays etc. As in he is doing a good thing and keeping the market updated with detailed updates and even stating the obvious. I like the vibe and I think this board of directors with this new CEO will be the turning point for Optiscan)
