The Management has failed big time by allowing the SP to fall this bad. All the LT holders have been taken for a ride. Failing to find any off-market buyer for the seeds, ill-timed consolidation without any BIG investors joining post consolidation and further risk of flooding the share post escrow release has destroyed LT holders value.
