Yeah I thought that was interesting too, as from what I've researched I think only 8 foundries can do 28nm node : Panasonic, STM, UMC, IBM, GF, Samsung, TSMC and Intel. I don't think it would be Panasonic or UMC because they are already doing their own reram, GF im not too sure because they are already with Everspin on MRam. Im hoping its TSMC, Samsung or Intel; and only these three can do nodes at 10 and 7nm nodes (which if Weebit is planning on going to those geometries, not sure)
