Materiality is often a big topic for public companies...for instance when I see 629,217 shares being released into a current free trading pool of c. 84.3m shares (0.75%) I think completely immaterial to anything the company is aiming to achieve and likely to have almost zero impact on stock price as only equates to $125k.
Can we instead talk about something relevant (and interesting) such as Catherine Hill's research and last announcement?
