Did Lumileds use their time with BLG to build a Patent on the percived holes in BLG IP? And if so, can BLG tweak an IP application based on existing BLG IP to counteract/nullify/fenceoff Lumileds. Usually IP built on original IP has greater claim to a commercial space. I want to hear a meaningful Management response - not the "Its in hand" waffle.
