I don't think technicality of any kind matters with White Energy at its current stage. The Tranche 2 court appeal by PT Bayan in Singapore makes this an outright gamble on the outcome.
The sale of assets in America and South Africa are important but the sums involved are only enough for WEC to continue trading without building further debt. Debt at the moment is about $3m in loans from directors.
I don't think technicality of any kind matters with White Energy...
