A mini share buyback for stocks under $500 are nothing special but It's good to know the company will not rise capital due to high volatility in Free float share.
SP 96 cent
NPAT 3,656,000
Diluted outstanding shares 85,600,000
Free Float shares 67,960,000
My calculations
Diluted EPS 4.27 cent - 0.6 cent divi =
3.67 cent
Basic EPS 5.38 cent - 0.6 cent divi =
4.78 cent
Posible Dilution for EPS 1.11cent (without a divi to be accounted)
Posible Dilution for share price will be
70.31 cent if options and warrants are deployed.
It's risky but the company is removing this risk with a minor buyback.
Strong balance sheet is also safe to buy
OCF 10,494,000
ICF 396,000
FCF 10,098,000
Comparison
P/FCF 8.14 yield 12.28%
PE 26.16 yield 3.8%
Financial balance sheet is saying this stock is undervalued with a best yield compared to all my stocks at 12.28%
DCF 1,607,000 the majority of debt financing is used to pay for the divi. Positive
Cash 34,371,000
I'm still waiting for the Fed's to see if AUD is kept on rising which is good for EGG.
A buy for sure.
