Or will AGS continue as an exploration company, which was the "reason" JD gave for quitting? .. The entire board though now has only 3 directors and a company secretary, and they are all associated with GM.

Just one question Sis, if AGS is now an exploration company why did Andrew Bowden leave? You would think that he would be the one person they would need if they were planning on doing exploration.
