Could it be Abbotsleigh/Gandel Metals buying ? Gandel Metals owned over 40% of ORS (AGS owned less than 9%) when it made a low offer privatisation bid for the company following AYC "purchase" of Maldon (scrip). ... This would assume a capital return first of course, and the WA and NSW tenements being valued "independently" (low?). ... I mean aren't AllianceResources and Gandel Metals synonymous now that John Dunlop has left? ...
Or will AGS continue as an exploration company, which was the "reason" JD gave for quitting? .. The entire board though now has only 3 directors and a company secretary, and they are all associated with GM.
