i'm not a holder just came across on watch list and have been involved for no this type of transaction ... it saves or reduces on ASX compliance fees ( cost is x by SH number ) saves or reduces cost on significant posting of AGM notices w proxies amongst other cost saving benefits / administration costs .. also depends on constitution on whether you cancel or on sell in block to me money bags ...
