its a standard practice, most people under $500 just forget about the shares because they have lost a ton of money and its unfortunate for them 

its good for the rest of the holders its its cleaned before the pump

i don't think a consolidation is likely, there's no reason for one but i have been burned before. but if one happens, especially without news we will consolidate 10:1 maybe and it will be sold down to current levels, so basically all your money goes down the drain.
