30M shares and some 2,000 shareholders could have their shares purchased on the lows

They'd hold 6% of the company and acquire it at all time lows if the full facility went to them

I have a theory or 2 here what is going on, but I will wait to speak to the company before shedding any more light on it 

People should ask themselves, SI6 could do something so simple as lock in a drill program, confirm they are looking for acquisitions and cutting corporate costs and this would be multiples higher .. yet before they do that, they attempt to snag potentially 30M shares and 6% of the company on all time lows and at a <$1M EV
