One thing that i like is that you always see the management on site during a lot of their presentations. They seem to run their business on the ground rather than from their office. Another plus is they have a great Geologist in Phil BENTLEY who has been working in that area since the 1980's so the company are using his knowledge to benefit the open cut planning.
