Myself I am terrible at timing things; if the Value is right and I am early enough; then away I go -

I almost missed out on a great position in my second pick of the year because I spent months studying and once my birthday came around I jumped in and thank God I did because it went for a big run afterwards!

I let the market come to me; it always amazes me the timing of TA investors.

As for MRL Corporation all of its CR the last few years have set off more bullishness for a simple reason I think - It is way undervalued and oversold its pants are on fire!
