A very motivated seller. I don't really understand it. Positive announcements are met with selling pressure.
However, there is no big volume in this stock so it wouldn't take much for a motivated seller to keep the price down - maybe it's just an old holder wanting to get out. Who knows.

News seems pretty good.

They have partnered with on-sellers / reps in international markets which is great. Of course, PEH will have to share the revenue with them (if and when it arrives) - but that is still the most efficient and cost effective way for a small Aussie company to gain access to international markets.

I guess what we want to see next is "sales" rather than just "trials". Patience.
