re: Ann: United Energy $500 Million Bank Debt... agree, if they can keep ticking off the maturing debt in next 12-24 months then the dividend should be maintained at 20c pa and the SP should move in favour of this as well.

I suspect the recent drop could have been a good opportunity to pick up more, just disapointed I missed out. $1.50 share price is rediculous on a 20c dividend. 13.3% dividend yield, just a matter of them maintaining it.

I'd love to see them actively repaying/reducing debt where possible rather then simply refinancing. Understand this is a large task given their capital structures and the size of the debt however hopefully they can at least attempt to retire some of it.
