re: Ann: Underwritten Equity Raising of A$23.... Was wondering the same thing, especially given that Mr Lucas is entitled to the so-called "institutional" placement, which seems a little odd given that it is not being extended to other shareholders.
Guess the lenders must have suggested that a little equity infusion might be in order as a condition of the re-financing.
