The release says shareholdings will be diluted by 18 % so working on 20% I would effectively have my holdings reduced by just over 1.2million shares, which isn't great but I suppose the potential upside with the deal is enormous. It would be nice though if they had offered long standing shareholders the opportunity to top up a bit at the bargain basement price. Despite our holdings again being diluted in the short term, I think with any luck at all this will be worth it in the long run.
