    Don't worry about outcrop he's just being a knob and got his nose out of joint because his well known snout on this company might be proven wrong.
    Reading between the lines barring any major unforeseen circumstances, a possibility given it's the Phillipines, the deal is basically done and all it requires is the approval of shareholders at the upcoming meeting.
