Before I jump onto this supposed 10M oz band wagon why don't wait to see if Mt Ridley actually goes through with the acquisition.

'Mount Ridley’s acquisition of Prometheus is subject to the completion of due diligence, the receipt of shareholder approval at a meeting scheduled for April and the completion of a capital raising as well as other standards conditions for a transaction of this nature'

They do mention that the Philippine government wants this area to have 'responsible' mining practices. Wonder what irresponsible happenings have occurred in the past?
