He can do that if he likes - i have recorded about 1 year of conversation along with the AGMS where we were told that 20mmcfpd was almost ready to announce come that september. When asking Jeff if there was a chance that it might not happen that way, what did he foresee might be the reason for it (that's called foresight, realism and problem solving) he said he refused to answer because that outcome wouldn't happen.
