Why are you talking about banks? Do you not know that all debts have been extinguished? Go back and read announcements. Past creditors have all gone and left "thank you" notices.

If the Marion situation re gas production was so bad you would think that TPG would have walked out by now. They have had plenty of time to access fields. Let's face it they have declared in writing that they want a share of the profits generated.

Funny that TPG is still there. Same with Korda who has offered more financial support. New Board directors still there?

Surely it must be going under before relisting?????
