what you fail to understand is the relationship that one of the Marion Directors had with the bank.... and i assume the brilliant negotiating by the company in providing a quick solution to their problem (i.e. TPG)...
in any case, there is still a few more chapters left in the MAE saga... i'm just grateful that I may see something back out of it all...
remember, MAE was never meant to be a commercial seller of gas and become an enterprise in its own right.... I'm not expecting to see 20-40mmcf in total production from this company.... What I am hoping for is to see a solid start at getting gas flows and a swift sale... Proving of the quality of the asset, and a quick sale is after all what the original MAE strategy was all about... I have no doubts that TPG will be of the same opinion...
