The initial announcement said Andrew Tsang intended to take up his full entitlement of 6,446,222 shares which hasnt happened. Also no word on whether Gilbert George or Mrs Lei You actually did sub-underwrite any shortfall as indicated in the initial announcement. Good thing Pattersons didnt pull out of underwriting duties like they could have done.

Market cap of MDX now around $26.5 million which is about the same as HAW and a lot less than LCY at $38million. Positive corporate action in those two makes a big difference. Mindax has quite a few substantial shareholders which are offering little benefit at the moment.
