I now can see why TAP price has been plumbing such lows for the past six months despite two quarters of positive operating cash flows and paying down debt. Seems like most of us who frequent this place have their suspicions confirmed. Looks like the price was kept down to keep the shareholders discouraged and willing to take any bid, even a low ball one.

Reminds me very much of how the Mineral Resources proposed merger with Atlas Iron is being played out.

I hold over 500 000 stocks with my family members. Will be rejecting this offer for sure.
